[ThanKYU (Fan club) Priority Ticketing Important Information]

1. ThanKYU (Fan club) priority ticketing will open on 29-Aug (Fri) at 8pm through YES24 Ticket (http://ticket.yes24.com).
2. Ticketing is available at 1 ticket per person.
3. In order to prevent overcrowding/disorder situations on the event day itself, advance purchased tickets will be sent by registered mail. (registered mail date : 10-Sep)
4. Fan club verification period is from 27-Aug (Wed) at 2pm onwards. If you do the fan club member verification during the fan club verification period, you will be able to purchase the tickets earlier.
5. Fan club verification method is as follows:
– Log in to YES24 concert website. In the window for fanclub verification at the ticketing page, key in your name/ID/handphone number when joining the fanclub.
(e.g. Name: Kim Kyu Jong / ID : thankyu / Handphone no.: 010-0000-0000)
– Once the ID has been verified, you do not have to do it again when you re-login.
– In situations whereby the verification is unsuccessful due to difference in member’s details, please send your enquiries to b2mthankyu@gmail.com before 28-Aug (Thu).
– Priority ticketing period for fanclub members are for 2 days from 29-Aug (Fri) to 30-Aug (Sat), afterwhich for those who wish to purchase the tickets, you will have to wait for the normal ticketing.
– Payment for fanclub priority ticketing must be made by 30-Aug (Sat) 23:59:59hrs to complete the purchase. Please note that your ticket purchase will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made by that time.

**For cancelled tickets from the fan club priority ticketing, they will be available for normal ticketing, likewise if tickets are sold-out during fan club priority ticketing, then there will be no normal ticketing being held.

[Normal Ticketing Important Information]

1. Nomal ticketing will open on 1-Sep (Mon) at 8pm through YES24 Ticket (http://ticket.yes24.com).
2. Ticketing is available at 1 ticket per person.
3. In order to prevent overcrowding/disorder situations on the event day itself, advance purchased tickets will be sent by registered mail.
4. For purchase via bank transfer, payment must be received before 23:59:59hours the next day in order to complete the purchase. Please note that the ticket purchase will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made by that time. In addition, please make sure that the full amount payable is made correctly when transferring the money, if the amount is wrong, the purchase will be auto-cancelled.
**As different banks will have different cut-off time for money transfers, please check with your respective bank prior to purchase.
5. After purchase of tickets, please note that we will not be responsible for any losses resulting from personal information leakage to other people in the process of re-selling your ticket to others. We urge for you to purchase the tickets through the ticketing website directly so as to avoid any harm as stated above.
6. There will be no reissue of tickets after you have received but lost it, so please keep your tickets safe.

[Important Information on Entry and Watching the Concert]

1. For collection of tickets on event day itself, it will be available from 3 hours prior to event start time. (We hope that you can come earlier to collect the tickets to avoid any overcrowding/disorder situations.)
2. The entry for this event will start 1 hour before the event start time, we hope that you can enter into the venue at least 10 minutes prior to event start time in order for the event to start on time. (We seek for your understanding that the scheduled time may change on any unforeseen circumstances on that day itself.)
3. We hope that you will come to the event venue dressed in most comfortable clothing, and no food or drink is allowed.
4. In the concert venue, use of camcorder, digital camera, handphone, mp3, and other recording devices are prohibited.
When caught, you will be asked to leave after deleting the data in your tape, film, memory card.
5. LED board, placard, firecracker and other supporting gears might be of hindrance to other audience thus we hope you can voluntarily refrain from bringing. If the above mentioned supporting gears were brought into the venue, we will confiscate them.
6. We hope that you can have full knowledge of the above important information and co-operate with the instructions of the ushers on that day itself so that the event can run smoothly.
7. This event will be cancelled if there is any occurrence of disasters.

1. The traffic will be congested on the event day so we hope that you can opt to use public transport.
